Research Assistant at Scholarly report Spring 2017, publish by the Open University UK. The OU is going through several fundamental changes, whereby strategic, pedagogical informed research and insight what drives student learning and academic performance is essential. Making sense of Big Data in particular can be a challenge, especially when data is stored at different data warehouses and require advanced statistical skills to interpret complex patterns of data. My role was to provide analysis of Learning Design and its relation to retention in each faculty.

Research Assistant at Data-informed Learning Design for Future Schools (PI: Wayne Holmes), a project funded by the Advanced Innovation Centre for Future Education of Beijing Normal University. My role was to perform visualization, social network analysis, and cluster analysis to identify common patterns of learning activities in 55 modules.

Data analyst at HLA MOOC, a Maasive Open Online Course on Managing Humanitarian Sector, organized by Humanitarian Leadership Academy and The Open University. My role was to provide data visualizations and analysis of more than 3,000 learners for the evaluating purpose of this project.

Data analyst at Malawi Access Into Teaching Scholarships (MATS), a project offers young women a second chance at a teaching career. My role was to analyze surveys from 400+ schools in Malawi for evaluating purpose of this project.
